When you order, we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number if you give one, and the details of what you bought. Payment card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never reach our systems.

When you browse, we collect basic analytics: pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and the referring link. This is aggregated and not tied to your name.

To take payment, ship your order, handle returns, and answer your messages. To send order updates, which are transactional and cannot be unsubscribed from while an order is open.

To send occasional emails about new arrivals and offers, but only if you asked for them. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link, and it works on the first click.

Our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our email provider, and our analytics provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and none of them may sell or reuse your information.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not trade it for advertising. If Anara is ever acquired, your information would transfer with the business and this policy would continue to apply until you were told otherwise.

We use a small number of cookies: one to keep your bag between visits, one to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. You can refuse analytics cookies without losing the ability to shop.

Order records are kept for seven years because tax rules require it. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for fourteen months, then deleted.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to ask for your data in a portable format.

Anara is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell subscribers by email before the change takes effect.
